Safe and Healthy Working Environment

New Smart Technology provides employees with a safe and healthy workplace. In addition to security staff patrolling the office building, access control systems are implemented within the office area.

The company also conducts annual inspections of the building’s fire safety equipment and provides employees with fire safety training and awareness programs, enhancing their emergency response capabilities, strengthening safety awareness, and reinforcing disaster-prevention consciousness.

Compensation and Benefits

New Smart Technology values employees’ compensation and benefits. Each year, we conduct salary surveys and take into account macroeconomic indicators and the consumer price index to assess market salary levels and make appropriate adjustments, in order to attract outstanding talent to join the company.

Employee compensation is determined based on factors such as job role, professional skills, academic background and work experience, years of relevant expertise, and individual performance. There is no discriminatory treatment on the basis of gender, race, religion, or political stance.

In accordance with the Labor Pension Act, the company contributes 6% of each employee’s insured salary to their individual pension account every month, ensuring financial security after retirement.
