- Equipped powerful testing software, all testing items can be executed within station. Testing log file and software calculation result can be recorded.
- Using SFR to calculate the image definition, the detection spatial frequency can be set according to the different analysis requirements of the module. Optional mechanical parts such as light screens and hoods for extra customized testing items.
- The standard machine is single-station manual pick-and-place test equipment. It can be fully automated test equipment by adapting Auto-Pick and Place machine for materials loading and unloading.
